All Members   

  1. The following persons have been appointed as Election Officers by the Executive Committee of the Past students Association, Stanes Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School Coimbatore, in accordance with the Article 4.1 of the Bye Laws of the association to conduct the elections to the Offices of the executive Committee for the period 2008 -2010. 2.   Notice is hereby given that the election for the post of Office Bearers and the posts of

Members of the executive committee will be held on Friday the 14th November 2008, at Stanes Higher Secondary School, between 9.00 am to 2.00 pm in accordance with the election calendar given on the reverse page of this notice. 

  1. Elections will be held for the following posts:-

a. President                                          -- One
b. Senior Vice President                       -- One
c. Vice President                                  -- One
d. Secretary                                          -- One
e. Joint Secretary                                  -- One
f. Treasurer                                           -- One
g. Executive committee members           -- Fifteen 

  1. Nominations in the prescribed form complete in all respects are invited from eligible

candidates, which may be submitted before the due date and time along with the prescribed fee of Rs.250/- by DD/ pay order in favour of Past Students Association, Stanes Higher Secondary School, payable at Coimbatore to the following persons-

NOTE:

1. ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK AND VERIFY THEIR NAMES IN THE VOTERS

LIST. DISCREPENCIES LIKE OMISSION OF NAME, WRONG NAME, ADDRESS, SHOULD BE      BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE ELECTION OFFICERS ON OR PRIOR TO THE 28TH OCT. TO ENABLE DECISION REGARDING THEIR ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE. NO REPRESENTATION ON THIS ISSUE WILL BE ENTERTAINED DURING THE ELECTION.  

 2. ALL MEMBERS SHOULD PRESENT THEIR PHOTO ID CARDS TO THE ELECTION OFFICERS.

Eg., VOTER ID CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, I.T.PAN CARD, RATION CARD WITH PHOTO AFFIXED, PASSPORT, PHOTO CREDIT CARD  TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE BALLOT PAPERS.
